First Trailer For The Intern

1.jpg

 “Are you talking to me?”

“Yes, I wanted those documents on my desk an hour ago and this latte has gone cold. Pull young finger out, De Niro!”

Implausible? Here’s the first trailer for The Intern, starring none other than Robert De Niro as the senior citizen who joins the ‘senior’ intern programme at some hip and trendy fashion website, founded by Anne Hathaway’s tightly wound go-getter.

Naturally, as you can see below, it isn't too long before the whole office warms to De Niro’s elderly office boy, including the boss herself, and hijinks ensue.

This clash of cultures is made even more intriguing as their office - seemingly plucked from some Hollywood exec’s idea of what cool website offices look like - makes Google’s look like Wernham Hogg.

Come to think of it, where’s our desk masseuse? We’re calling HR.

The Intern is out in cinemas from 2 October
