The sun-phobic White Stripes guitarist (and drummer from time-to-time, of course) isn't content with band-based superstardom (having also played for The Dead Weather and The Raconteurs) he's now moved into making headphones.
The cans are a result of a collaboration between White’s Third Man Records (oh yeah, he owns a label) and accessories company Nixon. The black and yellow techno-muffs are designed to resemble Third Man Record’s mini-45s and will be available from £140 plus postage from www.thirdmanrecords.com.
Buy them, wait three weeks for delivery, then get mugged on the bus. Job done.
