The mind-controlled bike

Look ma, no hands!

The mind-controlled bike

Those of us without the power of telekinesis have always felt a little bit sidelined when it comes to the smug super ability that is mind-control.

Burning up with jealousy at those lucky few (Carrie, you're excluded), we've been hoping and praying (and staring at inanimate objects) for long enough.

This year, things seem to be finally moving forward. After the news that Hitachi are developing a TV that changes channel via mind-control, Toyota have now unveiled the bike that changes gear as you internally wish.

The PXP bike utilises a helmet that's equipped with neurotransmitters which read the brainwaves of the cyclist and send information to a wireless transmitter on the seat. It's been developed by Parlee Cycles for the Toyota Prius Concept Bike Project.

We imagine that it will beat the other concepts into submission for the simple reason that they're not controlled by the mind. Losers.
