Nike's Enchanting Bamboo Safari Pack

Nike's Enchanting Bamboo Safari Pack

Nike's Enchanting Bamboo Safari Pack

Bamboo. Ideal for panda nourishment, breaking the knuckles of a Kung Fu students in slow motion training montages of B-movie action films, and now a material used by Nike for its latest trainer series.

Not really, that’d be wildly excessive, not to mention painfully impractical for anyone looking to go out running in a pair. So thank heavens that the sport brand’s new trainer pack, arriving bang in time for the festive season of giving (and receiving), is merely inspired by the perennial plant.

Featuring three of the brand’s iconic silhouettes – an Air Max 90, Air Max 95, Air Huarache - the 'Bamboo Safari' pack is bursting with bold, jungle-friendly colourways, aided with noticeable splashes of light green (even the famous tick on one of the shoes) and dramatic bumpy texture. See more of that in the pictures below.

Best of all, each shoe varies massively in design, because, unlike a leopard, you can change your spots.

If you're in the US, you can email order the Bamboo Safari Pack at the new Kith shop here. For the rest of us we'll have to keep your eyes glued to Nike.co.uk
