Thought that whole fish pedicure craze was weird a few years ago? Then you'll find this especially strange then, as there's a new moisturiser for men that uses liquid from snails in its ingredients.

Where did this idea even come from? Did someone literally think, "snails are slow...maybe that could slow ageing." What a stretch, but good on them, because it's apparently fantastic for your skin.

The Advanced Snail Duo Moisturiser by skinCHEMISTS contains a powerfully active, natural ingredient extracted from the defensive liquid secreted by snails. It’s rich in regenerating substances and antioxidants including allantoin, proteins, vitamins, AHAs, mucopolysaccharides, proteolitic enzymes, collagen and elastin, giving the skin a tighetning effect upon use, resulting in a long lasting anti-aging effect.

If you'd like to give it a go you can get it here, but alternatively you could just sleep out in the garden one night
