H&M's Capsule Cycling Collection

What with high visibility vests, ankle straps and helmet hair, the unfashionable plight of the modern cyclist is a common occurrence. But that looks set to change thanks to H&M's new capsule collection with Brick Lane Bikes.

The range combines fashion and functionality, with each piece having been created with a cyclist's journey in mind.

For example the rider jacket (pictured below) is made from water repellent and breathable material, with ventilation holes under the sleeves and taped seams. It’s cut longer at the back, with a back pocket and straps inside the jacket so it can be worn as a backpack.

The 11-piece collection also includes blazers as well as vintage-inspired bike jerseys and caps, which are made entirely from sustainable materials as part of H&M’s Conscious Foundation work. Take a look at some of the pieces below.

The collection will be available in around 180 stores and online from 7th March
