Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Tony Soprano. One is a divisive character know for exerting his superiority over those around him, and the other… well you get the picture.

Zlatan is back in English football after a few months away, having signed a new deal with Manchester United, and he announced his return in the most Zlatan way possible.

Even before his first Old Trafford stint, the Swedish striker was known for his one-liners, which at times verged on the theatrical.

Now, we watch a lot of great TV here at ShortList, and there’s none greater than The Sopranos. Based on what we’ve heard from Zlatan, we reckon he watches a fair bit of it too.

At times it’s impossible to work out where Zlatan Ibrahimovic ends and Tony Soprano begins. We think so, at least, but you might find it a little easier to tell the difference between the two.

There’s only one way to find out.
