In case you hadn’t heard, Who Wants to be a Millionaire? is coming back.

The turn-of-the-century quiz show will return with Jeremy Clarkson replacing Chris Tarrant as quizmaster.

It gained a reputation as one of the toughest ever prime-time quiz shows, with just five people winning the grand prize in more than a decade, and previous contestants have gone on to gain quiz immortality.

Judith Keppel and Pat Martin both moved on to become regulars on Eggheads after winning the million, while Mark Labbett carved out a niche as ‘The Beast’ on The Chase following his £32,000 prize win.

But how well could you do on the show?

Judith Keppel was the first ever jackpot winner on the show

Below are 15 questions, one from each round of the quiz from £100 up to £1,000,000. They may have changed the format to 12 questions in 2007, but all of the jackpot winners took part in the 15-question format.

We can’t replicate the lifelines – 50:50, ask the audience and phone a friend – which means if you get full marks here then you’re some kind of genius.

These are all real questions, asked on the show, so this is as close as you’ll get to finding out whether you have the quality to apply for the reboot.

Good luck!
