VIDEO: Indian Train Stunt

We know train fares have gone up recently, but this is a pretty extreme way to avoid paying your fare.

These two young men in Mumbai, India, were filmed performing a series of stunts whilst hanging on to the handrail of a moving train.

They slide across the platform, high-five pylons, and run along a steel viaduct beside the train before jumping back on, all apparently to impress passengers in the 'lady carriages'.

Fare-dodging is actually an established practice on Mumbai's overcrowded trains, but usually takes the form of sitting on the roof of the train - fines range up to 500 Rupees (around £7) or even 3 months in jail.

The stunt has been criticised by a range of authority figures but the video has gone viral; and with passenger levels on the tube on the rise, this may soon be the only way to get into work in the morning - at least there'd be a breeze.
