Turkey’s Cave Hotel

If you managed to watch The Descent without being forever phobic of caves, then this hotel might be worth a look.

The Yunak Evleri hotel, situated in the Cappadocia region of Turkey, is a thirty roomer built entirely in a set of 5th and 6th century cave houses. The underground rooms (all totally unique) boast personal spas and patios and maintain a cool temperature during Turkey's overwhelming heat.

The only piece of bad news: the rooms have no TVs. But looking at these pics, you'd probably be far busier exploring the caves and hunting down a mysterious ark. Probably.

If you fancy a stay then rooms start from a surprisingly affordable £91. Check out more info here.
