Let’s make like annoying drama students for a second and indulge in some role play. Pretend you’re a tortoise. Come on, this is fun. Ok, tortoise persona assumed, what’s the one thing you’d change about your shell-like world?
Us? We’d attach a skateboard or some roller skates to our feet. Anything, anything at all, to make us move faster.
Unfortunately, our reptile friends don’t seem to have acquired such rational thought as yet. For they – if the below video is anything to go by - would rather swipe barbecues. Don’t ask us why. Being herbivores, what are they gonna grill? Grass? Unlikely. Lettuce. Can’t see that one working out.
Maybe we should be grateful for such idiocy. After all, sometimes it’s nice to be reminded that us humans are slightly cleverer than other species.
