About £450.

That's how much it costs to spend one night in the India's Umaid Bhawan Palace - the greatest hotel in the world.

The historic palace of Jodhpur, north-east Indian, topped Trip Advisor's Travellers' Choice Awards, with a staggering 771 five-star reviews.

With 64 rooms and suites (like a room, but softer), 26 acres of gardens, an indoor pool, spa, vast marble staircase and public areas larger than the average village hall - in addition to immaculate service from staff that rival the manners of Ralph Fiennes' Gustave - it's easy to see why it picks up so many stars.

Elsewhere in Trip Advisor's list, the UK's picturesque Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Great Milton came in sixth, while the London's Milestone Hotel finished up in 15th.

Head over to the Trip Advisor website to see the full list - but best hide your wallet first. The wanderlust is almost too much to bear.
