The Stranger Things kids performed Uptown Funk at the Emmys

Shouldn't that be Upside-Down Funk?

The Stranger Things kids performed Uptown Funk at the Emmys
19 September 2016

Yeah alright, so Game of Thrones might have nabbed the record for most ever Emmys and cemented its place as the biggest TV show this side of Westeros, but a slick pre-show performance of Uptown Funk from Stranger Things' Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo and Caleb McLaughlin – who play Eleven, Dustin and Lucas – proved their show is hot stepping its way past GoT as the coolest show on the planet.

Although Mike and Will actors Finn Wolfhard and Noah Schnapp were absent (snatched by the Demogorgon, presumably), the trio absolutely smashed it. Turns out they can sing and dance as well as dish out some gripping horror-adventure telly brilliance.

It's only a shame other TV shows hadn’t thought of first and got their stars together to bang out some dancefloor fillers – just imagine the Orange is the New Black cast getting down to Smooth Criminal, or Breaking Bad’s Walter White and Jesse Pinkman doing an impromptu rendition of I’m The One Who Knocks on Wood.

Check out some clips from the Stranger Things' guys funk-tastic performance below.
