The Bandit9 Bishop Motorcycle

The Bandit9 Bishop Motorcycle
19 August 2014

Near enough swerving off the pages of a Manga comic, to call Beijing-based outfit Bandit9’s motorcycles futuristic would be a bit like saying Rambo is handy with guns.

However, for the latest machine fashioned by the company, its makers have put a much more vintage spin on the roadster, mixing ultramodern bodywork with some classic detailing for a quite spectacular final product.

Fashioned from full custom aluminium and based on the frame of a Honda Supersport, the Bandit9 Bishop comes with optional body panelling of walnut, oak, or teak burl, with quartz-encased LED brake lights and a slim charcoal grey suede seat only adding to its lustrous appeal.

Not that we’re totally shallow. There’s a whole lot of oomph going on with the Bishop, its speediness powered by the exposed 90cc-125cc engine you can see on the side of the bike which will be limited to just nine models when it’s released later in the year.
