Minimalist helmets and masks of pop culture

Roy Lichtenstein used dots. Piet Mondrian used squares. Quibe uses a single line.

The French illustrator's latest series, One Line Masks and Helmets, reduces the shape of iconic head wear to beautifully clear outlines.

From Skyrim to Doctor Doom, the level of detail Quibe manages to squeeze out of one line is quite staggering. We can only assume he's a master of the Etch A Sketch.

You can see more of Quibe's work on his site or pick up his prints on society6.
