Decked out in glittering booties and wearing UNICEF pins, the move surprised interviewer Ryan Seacrest who’s used to seeing glittering women on the arms of men at the awards show.
When asked about his choice, Chan, who is also a UNICEF goodwill ambassador, said:
"I'm the ambassador of [the] panda. After earthquake, they get hurt and I raise them. I have two pandas in China, my own. They go wherever I go," referring to the earthquake that hit Sichuan province, home of the giant panda, in 2008 which killed some 87,000 people.
And you basically can’t get a better combination than Jackie Chan and pandas:

According to the actor, his pandas have met "Stallone... Clinton… all the famous people!", seemingly forgetting that he himself won an Oscar last year for being in over 200 movies.
Anyway, let’s all take a moment to recognise the fact Jackie Chan is currently living out Kung Fu Panda in real life.
