How many errors can you spot on this advert?

Everyone makes mistakes. Except David Beckham, he's essentially perfect. But for everyone else, making the odd mistake is part and parcel of daily life.

So, naturally, we'll give people a break when it comes to the odd typo. Perhaps it was a long day, perhaps the print deadline was looming. But, really, there's no excuse for this.

Spelling and grammar nazis everywhere, prepare yourselves for a field day after this astonishing advert was spotted by Martin Ives of Waffle Mag at Shenfield station in Essex.

Gidea Park Property Maintenance Ltd either need to employ a proofreader, or fire their existing one, as this is beyond ridiculous.
