Fisherman catches drone with incredible cast

Fishermen.

If they're conforming to stereotype, they're a peaceful, good natured bunch. Sitting about on riverbanks with a can of something cold and a bucket of something wriggling, they're just hoping to catch something bigger than a discarded boot and avoid domestic mundernity for a few precious hours.

Unless you bother them with a drone - in which case they kick off.

Tice Ledbedder was flying his drone around a pier front of Pacific Beach in San Diego, capturing some lovely footage of the assembled fishermen and promenade walkers, when one caster took issue with being filmed.

With astonishing precision, he proceeded to cast his line at the drone, snagging one of its propellers.

He wasn't able to bring the drone down, and Ledbetter - while impressed with his aim - was a touch miffed the irate stranger had tangled his drone.

We'll stick to annoying local authorities with our drone flying - their aim isn't as good.
