Cadbury reveals the location of one of its £10,000 Creme Eggs
22 January 2019

Call us sad if you like, but for us, the release of a Cadbury Creme Egg is the highlight of spring. Christmas is long gone, we’ve got nothing to look forward to until summer starts – the limited release period of the humble Creme Egg is just what we need to keep us going.

And for the last few years, there’s been an added incentive to stuffing our faces full of chocolate every four minutes – the mythical white Creme Egg.

Every year, Cadbury release several hundred white eggs into the world; if you find one, you could win £10,000.

Obviously, with so few out in the world, it can be slightly tricky to get your hands on the prize. So, this year, Cadbury have teamed up with Booking.com to give customers an extra chance to win.

A mystery property is currently secretly listed on Booking.com for £9.99 a night.

It’s in Central London, and the trip will take place on 1st February – but that’s all we currently know about the property.

What we do know, though, is that it will be full to the brim of chocolate – and that one, elusive white egg.

“After the hugely successful launch of the White Creme Egg last year, we wanted to create an Easter Egg Hunt like no other, and encourage our fans to actively hunt down the White Creme Egg by hiding them in as many places as possible,” said Mondelez International’s Aislinn Campbell.

“We’ve partnered with Booking.com to create a very special way of finding one as well as allowing our fans to have an overnight stay in the chocolate haven - a dream for so many Cadbury Creme Egg lovers.”
