Amazing Camouflaged Bridge

This is such a good idea, we may campaign to get this man over to the UK to sort out some of our eyesore buildings.

New Zealand-based artist Mike Hewson recently created this amazing installation in the city of Christchurch where a defunct bridge was decorated to become 'invisible'.

The structure used to function as a walkway between two buildings - but one was recently earmarked for demolition, thus the bridge was now useless; Hewson wanted to 'erase' the bridge, and enable residents to see the blue sky ahead.

We couldn't possibly comment on what buildings deserve to be 'erased', but all we're saying is we wouldn't mind too much if the Barbican Centre suddenly disappeared from view...
