Being able to fly is a modern privilege: for the majority of human history, the idea of being able to ride a winged bird into the sky would have been nothing but mere fantasy.

But that doesn't stop it being a gigantic pain - one of the worst things being how difficult it is to get a good night's rest, especially when you're flying through the night on a long haul flight. Try as you might, there's every chance you'll stay awake, bored and arrive tired and angry.
