Man's passion for swallowing his fellow animals has inspired ShortList Media's latest launch, Mr Hyde to feature the finest meat dishes in the UK. It's called Urban Carnivore and it will be your beast-eating bible.

This is where you come in. We need to know where we should be eating. Who does the best meat dishes in the UK? This doesn't need to be a Man v Food-esque pig out spot. But it does need to be a salivatingly tempting meat dish at a restaurant of your recommendation.
