Hear that? That's the sound of your belt giving up.
The finger-licking chicken chain is opening its first 'all you can eat' buffet... in Japan.
A KFC outlet in Osaka, Japan is set to launch a never-ending-supply of legs, breasts and assorted sides (there are 60 on offer - including dessert) to customers from 19 November - inevitably coinciding with a surge in grease-related A&E emergencies.
Japanese news outlet Rocket News 24 reports that customers will pay 1,880 to 2,480 yen (£10 to £13) for 90 minutes of gorging at the Expo City location, with the price varying throughout the day: eating on a weekday afternoon will see the price fall, while weekend evenings will charge the maximum amount.
There's no word on whether the buffet service will expand to other outlets should it prove to be a success, but we're keeping our well-licked fingers crossed it makes the jump to UK shores.
