Occupying many a rainy day in our youth, UNO is a fun, fast-paced card game that we'd happily play more often. But do we really want to watch other people play it? On TV?
Apparently enough people do and Mattel have teamed up with The Gurin Company, behind musical chairs gameshow Oh Sit (yes, really), to bring the card game to the small screen.
Players will be in with a chance of winning $100,000 in a daytime show and also $1 million in an hour-long primetime show. The Gurin Company have snapped up the worldwide rights and will be trying to get international networks on board in Cannes.
