So who would have thought it? After Thursday's last-gasp winner from Daniel Sturridge, it looked like England would top the group, with Wales' future in the competition hanging in the balance.

90 minutes later and Wales sit proudly atop Group B after steamrollering Russia 3-0, while England - with Roy Hodgson criticised for making six changes to a winning side - failed to break down a bus-parking Slovakia side, limping to a 0-0 draw to finish in second place.
