Who? Kloe

What’s the story? There's only one Kloe we care about at the moment, and it's not a Kardashian. We first featured the 19-year-old Glaswegian a year ago with the hypnotic Grip, which was swiftly followed up by Feel, and also saw her playing an endearingly enthusiastic set at a London show this summer. Now, after the early bloglove, she's launching properly, with this dark, moody and seductive video for Touch. The same qualities can be used to describe the song itself, expertly produced by Prides' Lewis Gardiner and perfectly matching the sound du jour of Halsey and all the rest. This is quality dark pop and there should be much more to come.
