Now, the bad news: Snoop Dogg is fronting the latest Money Supermarket campaign. The new ad, which will premiere over the weekend, will be yet another bizarre step for the once iconic rapper. But he's not alone. Many of our favourite hip hop stars have been making some, ahem, questionable decisions in recent years and we've assembled enough proof here to show that, sadly, the genre might well be dead. Or at least in a coma.
1. Dr Dre's Dr Pepper commercials
"Is there a doctor in the house?" - the most confusingly useless thing to shout on this particular shoot. Plenty of hands up but no actual help at hand.
