Any lovers of architecture should probably look away now: those city-levelling autobots are back, and they mean business.

Although if, like us, you’re eagerly anticipating more of Michael Bay’s trademark brand of ‘Bayhem’ ahead of Transformers: Age of Extinction, the latest CGI-loaded chapter in the blockbuster franchise, and the first without Shia Lebouf, you’ll be pleased to know that the full trailer has arrived and it looks bigger than what’s gone before.

Set four years after the last film’s epic rumble in Chicago, Mark Wahlberg stars as the single father who comes across a defunct Optimus Prime and sets about getting his engine working again, soon bringing unwanted attention from covert groups and the US government who threaten he and his daughter.

And what we can glean, it promises a lot of action unfolding in China, which may well be an obvious marketing ploy on the back of the previous films' performance in Asia, but as this action includes a scrap between Optimus Prime and a hulking great Dinobot, that's no bad thing in our eyes.
