Skywalker. Luke Skywalker.
You're right, we've never pondered at this particular mash-up either; British spies and deep space fantasy wars don't hold an awful lot in common.
And yet, with Disney looking to push a Star Wars film out every year between now and forever, the saga of Jedi v Sith could someday rival Bond's 24-and-counting outings.
So perhaps the Star Wars films could learn something from 007's credit roll? It's an idea that appeals to video editor Kurt Rauffer, who's crafted a piece of brilliance with this new opening for 1980's The Empire Strikes Back.
Here's hoping we never see the day when Star Wars is in need of a 'gritty reboot'.
