If you're expecting a full-length version of the small-town exploits of Ramsay Street, this is not it. It's better.

It's not often you see a trailer that makes you will the best part of a year to zip past in the blink of an eye, but we'd quite happily forgo autumn, winter and even Christmas and New Year if it it'd bring us closer to the release of Neighbors, the latest offering from Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall). So much so, we'll even allow for the Americanised spelling of what by all accounts should read 'Neighbours'.

Starring Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne as doting parents in a quiet neighbourhood (that's neighbourhood, Americans), a 21st-century turf war ensues as a frat house containing Zac Efron, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and the ever-young Dave Franco move in next door. We know, so far so stereotypical frat-comedy a la Old School, but that's before you factor in exploding desk chairs, high-speed projectile Yoga balls and a host of university (ahem, not college) students channelling Robert De Niro.

It's scheduled for a summer 2014 release, which after watching the trailer you'll agree is an excruciating wait, but live safe in the knowledge that it's ample time to reacquaint yourself with the likes of Rogen-starring Knocked Up and This Is The End, Stoller's Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him to the Greek and, Zac Efron's, um... High School Musical?
