Pyromaniac builds incredible 5000-firework Death Star

Admit it, you've always secretly wanted to chuck a match in that nice box of fireworks that your parents bring home just in time for Bonfire Night and watch the whole thing go up in one glorious blast haven't you? But, no, boring mum and dad insist that you set them off one at a time, so "you appreciate it more".

Well, thankfully the likes of YouTuber Colin Furze are around to live out your dreams - and he has taken it to the nth degree by building a giant firework Death Star to celebrate his three millionth subscriber.

58 boxes of fireworks were mounted on a crane, and connected to go off simultaneously, with the total number of shots numbering around 5,000.

Needless to say, the results are spectacular.

In a word: BOOM. Enjoy.
