Pornhub has just created your new favourite workout routine

bangfit.jpg

Whoever is looking after PornHub's public relations strategy needs a good hard... pat on the back.

The popular purveyor of adult entertainment has just released a new fitness service: BangFit, a series of sex-based exercises for you an a partner (or even group) to work out to.

You can probably guess where this is going, but we'll let the (safe for work) introduction video take care of the basics...

An exercise routine that promises to shag you into shape, the service provides a series of video tutorials to follow at home - not unlike an explicit aerobics class.

To take things up a level, users can track their own 'performance' if they monitor their movements with their smartphone, strapping it into the accompanying 'BangFit Band' (currently sold out - if it was ever actually a thing).

Yes, it's a slightly sleazy joke, but anything that encourages the wider internet-dwell public to get fit is a good thing in our book.

And no, there's not a solo mode. Just go for a jog, okay?
