IT guys share the stupidest help requests they’ve ever had

If you've ever tried to help a parent solve a computer problem over the phone, then you'll understand the unmitigated hell that IT technicians go through on a daily basis.

When "have you tried turning it off and on again?" doesn't suffice, tech helpers face the kind of baffling requests and angry, helpless customers that would have even Siri storming off in a furious huff.

And how do they deal with the constant, brain-melting torment? By making fun of everyone, of course. And what better way to shame 21st Century luddites than by displaying their stupidity for all the see on the web dot coms?
