You've Never Seen Halo 2 Like This Before

halo2.jpg

We've got a new trailer for you. Or rather, an old trailer. Ten years old in fact. But it's probably even more exciting than it was a decade ago.

While the subject of remakes still divides most gamers ("Leave it alone!" versus "Make it shiny!"), most will agree that the new console generation is lacking a hero. There's yet to be a genre-defining, must-buy-it-now, 10/10 experience for the graphics brick you spent the better part of £400 on. So while we wait for our white knight, why not remaster one of the best games ever made?

Part of the gleaming Halo: The Master Chief Collection, the following trailer for Halo 2 Anniversary shows just how much effort 343 Industries has poured into polishing the record-breaking title. The graphics are stunning, the storyline (seemingly) expanded on, the Brutes that little bit more brutal.

Arriving on 11 November, you've finally got a title to stretch your Xbox One.
