Total War Teases Warhammer Title

Fifteen years of war is not usually a cause for celebration.

But when the drawn-out battle in question is the Total War series, it warrants a few party poppers.

To mark the 15th anniversary of the mighty war simulator series, Sega and developer The Creative Assembly has put together a montage of its 11 titles - from Shogun, all the way to Attila.

In addition to documenting the game's advancement over the years, the video also teases the next instalment in the series: a fantasy-filled Warhammer title, that was all-but confirmed after Sega purchased the licence to a Warhammer title from Games Workshop back in 2012.

Here's to 15 years of virtual carnage.
