The Ultimate Civilization Quiz

615x330_civ.jpg

Some 23 years ago, Sid Meier and Bruce Shelley released a turn-based strategy game that went against the flow of the real-time giants of its day. It was methodical, complex and utterly brilliant. Loosely based on a board game of the same name, Civilization would become one of the most influential computer games ever made - employing developers who would go on to make titles including Age of EmpiresSpore and Rise of Nations.

The next chapter in the Civilization universe will see gamers explore life in the stars in Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth, introducing dangerous terrain, mystical resources and hostile lifeforms never before seen on Earth. As we count the days before our space age adventures begin (not long now before 24 October rolls around), we've compiled this exacting quiz for die-hard fans of the series. With questions on all the major titles in the series, you'll need to know your Zulu leaders from your Indonesian unique buildings if you're going to score highly.
