The Scariest Interactive Video Game Trailer Ever

dawn1.jpg

Do you own a pair of good headphones?

No, not a sports star-endorsed plastic band that cost you the better part of £200 - really good headphones, balanced by a dedicated sound engineer with more than five minutes of experience.

You do? Good. Then you're going to want to plug into this incredible sound trailer from PlayStation's atmospheric horror, Until Dawn.

The video uses something called binaural audio - a sound track recorded with specialist equipment attuned to capturing sound in a similar way to the human ear. As you click your way through a series of chilling choices, your ears will lead you to believe you're actually scuttling through a deserted cabin with something hot on your heels.

Crank up the volume, dim the lights - and best fetch a fresh set of trousers.
