The new Destiny: The Taken King trailer is stunning

Giant space ships. Strange interstellar portals. A god-like being who goes by the name of Oryx.

The vast new expansion (more a sequel given the amount of content it's shipping) for Destiny arrives on 15 September, bringing with it a feast of new storyline content, multiplayer goodness and a chest-load of new gear for Bungie's RPG shooter.

If you weren't sure if next-gen gaming was all it was cracked up to be, let the above trailer convince you otherwise.

Destiny: The Taken King arrives on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on 15 September
