Super Time Force presents best trailer ever

With video games getting ever larger marketing budgets, game trailers have become something of a cinematic event. We're thrilled that 2D shooter Super TIME Force have decided to rub furiously against the grain.

Developed by wonderfully different Capybara Games, Super TIME Force is an upcoming Xbox Live Arcade title with time travel at its cutesy 2D heart. Players take control of the Super Time Force team, playing through the side-scrolling shooter with one character's unique abilities. Upon their death, or if a different tactic is required, players can rewind the action to add a new character, thus giving rise to 'single player co-op play' as you battle alongside your future self.

Rather than trailing this game with ridiculous live-action sequences or grand visuals, Super TIME Force have adopted a far more entertaining medium, more befitting of their humorous content (the shield wielding character is called Shieldy Blockerson for goodness sake):
