Sure, you're probably pretty handy at naming the first 151 Pokémon. Maybe the names of a full 250 are hanging about in your grey matter. But beyond that? How familiar are you with the critter sitting at Pokédex number 431? 

To see if you're truly a Pokémon master, we've got a simple task for you: can you tell the difference between some of the more obscure  of the 721 Pokémon that have found inclusion in one of the official games, and some deeply unpleasant diseases?

Some you want to catch, some you definitely don't. See how you do.
