Gripping Gameplay Trailer For The Order: 1886

1886.jpg

Do you feel like you were born in the wrong century? Do you pine for top hats and morning suits? Best search for your nearest Christmas Dickensian event then - sounds like it should be right up your street. Otherwise, you can have your fill of Victorian finesse in the latest gameplay demo of PlayStation 4's eagerly awaited The Order: 1886.

Set in a historically inaccurate world of martial law and Tesla coils, The Order follows a band of shotgun-totting knights in their quest to protect London from a savage band of half breeds - twisted monsters that possess both animal and human DNA. It's Sherlock Holmes meets Buffy The Vampire Slayer - a combination to rival the likes of banana and ice cream.

The following video gives a glimpse of the cover-based action we can expect from The Order's combat system, as well as the lethal effects of a few of the game's arsenal.

(The Order: 1886 arrives on PlayStation 4 on 20 February 2015)
