Evolve Unleashes Rousing Cinematic Trailer

evolve.jpg

The monsters are coming. Which is a good thing.

Having drummed up a fanfare of carnage and chaos since its first mention back in 2011, it's just over a month until gamers will finally get their hands on Evolve.

Created by multiplayer-obsessed minds of the team that brought the world Left 4 DeadEvolve sees four specialist hunters work together to take down one vast, horrific foe. While each of the human players has their own role to play (healing, trapping, blowing stuff up and the like), those players cast as the beast will have to run for cover until they've grown to unstoppable proportions. Think of it as a game of cat and mouse, but there are four cats and the mouse is the size of a Great Dane. With wings.

To celebrate its immanent arrival, 2K has just let slip the cinematic intro to the game - filled with guns, slow motion and heaps of fun. The rest of January best not drag its heels.

Evolve arrives on 10 February on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC
