Fetch your coat. The one with the hood. Asssassin's Creed Unity has a new trailer and it's going to inspire some ill-advised lamppost climbing.

While the first few trailers have indulged in the gorgeous vistas of Paris and the new visuals of Unity, the latest montage of footage finally shows off something of the game's story - because it's not all about sneaking up on bad guys.

Set in Paris,1793, Arno Dorian rises amongst the violence of the French Revolution on a path to seek revenge for his father's death and to bring an end to the ancestral conflict between Templars and Assassins.

Filled with roof-running, sword play and historical cameos, it's everything we've come from the Assassin's Creed series. Which is a good thing.

Assassin's Creed Unity arrives on 13 November
