Best make some room in the kitchen

This home brewer is like a Nespresso machine for beer

Go to your kitchen. Don't ask questions, just do it.

Unplug the kettle, the mircowave, the toaster and put them all in the bin. You're going to need the space for this beauty.

This handsome duo of gadgets make up the BrewArt - an Australian personal brewing system that brings the simplicity of the Nespresso coffee pod machine to the world of beer brewing.

The BrewArt system comprises of two units: the BrewDroid looks after the brewing business, fermenting 10 litres of beer in a process you can monitor via an app on your smartphone. When it's ready, you can transfer 5 litres of the beer over to the BrewFlo - a temperature controlled dispenser.

As for ingredients, you'll be able to pick up packets that act as the equivalent of Nespresso pods from BrewArt themselves. A 'BrewAssist' range will allow you to make a pint similar to a brand already available on the market, but you'll always be able to tweak the flavours via the BrewDroid app.

Set to arrive in Australia in July, there's no word on when it'll start shipping to the UK. It won't be cheap though: the BeerDroid will set you back A$799 (£446) and the BrewFlow will cost A$699 (£390).

Best get saving.
