What Are The World's Most Valuable Brands?

For centuries, business folk have understood that valuable brands bring loyalty, trust and more revenue. Doing the hard job of putting a figure on that value is brand valuation consultancy Brand Finance which annually produces the Global 500 list: the 500 most valuable brands on the planet.

This year’s list sees Apple do Steve Jobs’ legacy proud, leapfrogging Microsoft and IBM, and knocking Google off the top spot. Appearances from Coca-Cola and General Electric confirm the adage that oldies are still goodies.
