Dwayne Johnson releases official alarm clock app to help you become ‘The Rock’

rockalarmclock.jpg

Are you ready to Rock around the Clock?

Unlike most of the population, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson doesn't seem to mind getting up early in the morning - he famously begins his day at 4am to hit the gym and get "the edge over [his] competition". Which we'd really love to do as well, it's just we enjoy sleeping so much. It's an activity too, right?

But for those of you who want to be inspired by Johnson's physique and success, help is at hand.

He's launched a new app, the Rock Clock: a motivational alarm clock designed to get you out of that slumber pit and achieving instead. Naturally, there is no snooze button. Because YOU SNOOZE YOU LOSE. Yeah?

You can choose from a selection of 25 ring tones, including Johnson singing, reading out inspirational comments, or reciting his wrestling catchphrases. And the best bit? You can set the alarm for your chosen time - or you can tune in to "Rock Time" that gets you up at the same time as the big man. Good luck with that.

You can download it for free on iOS and Android.
