"How can you improve the Kindle?", you may well ask. "It's a thin tablet with words on the screen - job done."
Word comes from the Wall Street Journal that, in addition to being slimmer, smaller batteries will also supply more reading time than ever before. There's also talk of a new protective case that features solar panels, which could make the new Kindle one of the greenest gadgets ever released.
Just think, not only would the Kindle stop trees being pulped for fiction, all your reading could be powered by the sun.
Sounds like a bright idea to us.
