Versace Medusa High-Top Trainers

According to ancient Greek mythology, one glance at the snake-haired Medusa was enough to turn bystanders into stone. How apt.

As you might find you encounter some similar effects when donning this pair of Medusa-themed Versace leather high-tops, guaranteed to stop onlookers aplenty in their tracks thanks to the bold and daring design.

And why not? The golden faces which garland the tongue is pretty hard to miss, and then depending what trousers you pair them with, they could be pretty hard to pull off, too.

Available in both black and white, snapping up a pair will set you back a cool £850 if you fancy taking a gamble. Still, a lot safer than stuffing real snakes down your socks.
