Nike LeBron 12 Lifestyle

This is a bit like the remix coming out before the original.

The long-awaited LeBron 12's recently had their release date pushed back due to a "small cosmetic issue", but in the meantime, this "Lifestyle" version - ie. the off-court shoe - has been released and should hit shops first.

It sports a black synthetic leather upper, featuring Louboutin-esque pyramid-shaped molds covering the side of the shoe, together with a patent leather toe box, red Flywire lace stays and a woven heel pull complete with LeBron's lion crest and trademark "Protect me from myself".

They're pretty distinctive; you can imagine these on a catwalk rather than a basketball court.

Watch out for their release on October 17 at the Nike online shop and selected worldwide retailers.
