Nike Crawfish Trainers

It's been six years since Nike brought out the SB "Lobster" - now it's raiding the sea for inspiration once again.

The flavours of Louisiana are heading your way via the new Nike SB Dunk Low QS "Crawfish", a shoe which attempts to illustrate the traditional Southern dish of the crawfish boil. The eponymous crawfish is represented by the red speckled suede overlays, the corn by premium quilted yellow leather, the pots used to cook it by the silver leather toe and - the best bit - the midfoot panels have newspaper print, traditionally used as a makeshift tablecloth while enjoying the dish (a la fish & chips).

These fantastic trainers will launch on Saturday August 16th at Rukus in Louisiana and stores in the US that carry Nike skateboarding gear, with a retail price of $105 (£62). Make sure you try and get your claws on a pair.
